In 2018, the ESES is launching a Scholarship which is dedicated to Professor Henry, Marseilles, who has established a tradition of trainees benefitting from being immersed in a centre-of-excellence.
This is an opportunity for trainees in endocrine surgery to visit centres-of-excellence in Europe hosted by members of ESES and to observe the activities of the units. Successful applicants will receive a grant up to the value of 5000 Euro to cover travel and subsistence expenses and may visit 1-3 centres for 2 - 6 weeks within 6 months after receiving the grant.
Successful fellows will be expected to present a short report about their experience at the next ESES Congress in 2020.
On this webpage are listed the institutions that are willing to host a visitor with details of timetables and activities. This scholarship is limited to Junior members of ESES (age less than 35 years) and applicants will require the support of the Chief of their Department.
